Shipping methods

Orders to Cyprus are sent via ACS Courier. For shipments to the rest available countries abroad, we use the DHL shipping service.

Payment methods

The available payment methods for orders concerning foreign countries are credit or debit card and bank transfer. The cash on delivery option only applies to orders within Greece.

Delivery time

For the delivery of the products to foreign countries, at least 10 working days are required from the day after the confirmation of your order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the accessibility of the delivery location.

Delays may occur in unforeseen circumstances. The company is not responsible for those that cannot be attributed to its fault or are due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for execution. Examples include strikes, acts of terrorism, governmental or legislative acts, and natural disasters.

Failure to Receive

The company is not responsible for late delivery due to an incorrect address or your absence. In this case the products are returned to us and if you request to resend your order, additional shipping costs will occur.
