Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to check that the product that arrives in his hands is not damaged and that the products inside the packaging are not damaged or broken due to transport. In case it is found by the consumer that the products are not in the proper condition, he must return it to the distributor otherwise to announce the existence of aesthetic defects within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the item while in case of expiration of this deadline he loses any relevant right and it is considered that the aesthetic defect was caused after delivery.
Return of the products at the expense of the company
- In case you receive the wrong order, either in the type or quantity of the products you requested.
- In case the packaging of the product is damaged upon receipt, completely or for the most part. In this case, the consumer has the right to refuse to receive his order and to request immediate replacement after contacting our company.
For all cases, the return of the products should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, A. Retail, etc.) and its complete packaging. The return of the products charged by the company will be done by courier.
