Trifle with Forest Fruits and Organic Oatmeal Bites

Since you keep telling us we’re spoiling you with our sweet recipes, we thought we’d go one step further and give you something extra special — the most delicious trifle with forest fruits! With just a few simple ingredients and easy steps, we’re bringing pure indulgence right to your kitchen.

For our trifle, we used Organic Oatmeal Bites with no added sugar.

Execution:

  1. Whip the heavy cream in a mixer until it forms whipped cream, then refrigerate.
  2. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a bain-marie. Once melted, set aside for 10 minutes to cool slightly.
  3. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream using upward motions until smooth and evenly colored.
  4. Crush the oat bites in a food processor.
  5. In a large bowl or individual glasses, layer the crushed oat bites, jam, fruits, and chocolate cream.
  6. Finish with a final layer of chocolate cream, fruits, jam, and a sprinkle of crushed oat bites.
  7. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or freeze for 45 minutes before serving.
