Sfakian Carob Mini rusks in a glass with yogurt
A simple quick and easy cool yogurt dessert with Carob Noodles by Vassilis Patsis
What we will need:
For the yogurt cream:
- 4-5 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Grate 1 lime and juice at will
- 2 cups of yogurt
- Ntourountous Carob Mini Rusks
- Fruit of your choice
Execution:
Crush the rusks but not completely, gently mix the yogurt with the zest, the lime juice and add the cinnamon, a tablespoon of jam, and place in glasses. First, we put the yogurt cream in the bottom of a tall glass, we continue with the nut, a little yogurt cream again and at the top, we end with a nut and fruit of our choice. Freeze for 1 hour and serve.
