Granola with Organic Carob Bites with Molasses
Another morning and you’re not sure what to have for breakfast? The solution is here! We’ve got you a delicious granola with cookies that will become your new everyday favorite. And guess what — it’s not even as hard as it sounds.
For our granola, we used Organic Carob Bites with Molasses.
What we will need:
- 500 g oats
- 100 g honey
- 150 g peanut butter
- 50 g tahini
- 80 g crushed walnuts
- 150 g Organic Carob Bites with Molasses
- 100 g chocolate (chopped or in small chips)
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Execution:
- In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the honey, peanut butter, and tahini until melted and combined, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients together. Then add the wet mixture and stir very well until evenly coated.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (fan).
- Bake for 20–22 minutes, stirring halfway through (after about 10 minutes) to ensure even baking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely for 1–2 hours.
- Serve your granola with yogurt, fruit, or chocolate — and enjoy!
