Christmas Chocolate Salami with Oat and Cranberries Cookies

Christmas Chocolate Salami with Oat & Cranberries Cookies.

A beloved dessert enjoyed by both children and adults, especially during the festive season! Impressive in appearance, with wonderful flavor, and without requiring much effort or time.

What we will need:

200–220 g Oat and Cranberries Cookies
½ cup hazelnuts
1–1.5 cups water
400 g couverture chocolate
Icing sugar

Execution:

Roast the hazelnuts in a pan or in the oven and then crush them in a food processor together with the Oat and Cranberries Cookies. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Add the water and the melted chocolate to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
Knead the mixture and shape it into a log. Wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer to set.
Once set, sprinkle with icing sugar and it is ready!
