Apple Crumble with Honey and Walnut Cookies

Apple pie at its finest! Here’s a fantastic apple crumble unlike any you’ve ever tried — easy, quick, and unbelievably delicious. You’ll find yourself saying, “That’s it?” Serve it with ice cream or simply with yogurt — the choice is yours.

For our apple crumble, we used Honey and Walnuts Cookies.

What we will need:

  • 4 green apples
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100 g butter (extra)
  • 130 g flour
  • 70 g Honey and Walnuts Cookies
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Execution:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add 1 tsp of butter and let it melt. Then add the apples (cut into cubes or slices) along with the vanilla and a little sugar. Stir until the apples soften.
  2. In a bowl, mix the 100 g of butter, flour, and crushed cookies.
  3. Once the apples are ready, transfer them to a baking dish and spread the crumble mixture evenly on top.
  4. Bake at 180°C until the top turns golden brown.
  5. Serve with ice cream or yogurt and sprinkle generously with honey and cinnamon.
