Coleslaw Salad
Homemade coleslaw salad with cabbage, carrot and mayonnaise. A perfect side dish for the festive table! A recipe by Vasilis Patsis!
What we will need:

- 300 g white cabbage, very thinly sliced
- 1 white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, grated on the coarse side of a grater
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 100 g good-quality mayonnaise
- ½ green apple, diced
- Salt
- Pepper
- 50 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- Toasted Bread with Turmeric and Mustard
Execution:
- Slice the cabbage into very thin strips and place it in a bowl with the grated carrot.
- Add the onion, chop the parsley finely, and place it in the bowl as well.
- Dice the apple into small cubes and add it to the bowl along with the vinegar and mustard.
- Add the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well with your hands so the mayonnaise spreads evenly.
- Just before serving, crumble Toasted Bread with Turmeric and Mustard into the salad for extra flavor and crunch. If desired, serve with additional Toasted Bread on the side as a dip.
