The Chickpea Fritters with Carob Bites

What we will need:
- 300 g chickpeas
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 150 g grated Carob Bites
- ⅓ tsp cumin
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- A little flour for coating
Execution:
- Soak the chickpeas in a bowl of warm water, cover, and leave for 24 hours.
- Drain the chickpeas and blend them in a food processor. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, knead well, and let rest for about 30 minutes.
- Shape into patties, coat lightly with flour, and fry in olive oil on both sides until golden.
- Serve, optionally, with a refreshing yogurt dip!
