The Chickpea Fritters with Carob Bites

What we will need:
- 300g chickpeas
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 150g grated Carob Bites
- 1/3 tsp cumin
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- A bit of flour for coating
Execution:
- Place the chickpeas in a bowl with hot water, cover, and let soak for 24 hours.
- Drain the chickpeas and blend them in a food processor. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, mix well and let rest for about half an hour.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, coat lightly in flour and fry in olive oil on both sides until golden.
- Serve with a refreshing yogurt, if desired!
