Chicken Salad with Ntourountous Organic Rusks
Today we’re making a recipe that will save you on those busy days when there’s no time to cook — a delicious chicken salad with Cretan graviera cheese and yogurt on a crunchy base. It’s rich in nutrients and perfect for keeping you energized throughout a long day.
For this dish, we used Organic Triticum Dicoccum Rusks.
What we will need:
- 250 g mixed vegetables
- 2 potatoes
- ½ roasted chicken
- 300 g mayonnaise
- 100 g yogurt
- 100 g Cretan graviera cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Organic Triticum Dicoccum Rusks
Execution:
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed vegetables with the yogurt and mayonnaise, mixing well.
- Cut the chicken and graviera into small pieces.
- Boil the potatoes, then mash them into a purée.
- Add the mashed potatoes, chicken, and graviera to the bowl with the vegetables, mayonnaise, and yogurt, mixing until smooth and uniform.
- Place 4 Organic Triticum Dicoccum Rusks on a plate and top with the salad mixture.
- Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
